This project was recorded back in 2019 just before the COVID-19 pandemic. Again, this was a self funded project with the aim of interviewing folk musicians to capture what it was that they loved about the music they played. In the hope that this content could go on the inspire future generations of musics to take up folk music.
The project was a great challenge for me. Organising artists, finding a venue suitable, and doing it all in one take.
The final edited recording was released in 2020 during Lockdown. It was a pleasure to be able to showcase music to people in their homes, especially at that time. It brought joy to make people, and we had many donations for the show.
